Controller: KALO, contact info@kalo-game.ch. When you buy in the shop we process order data (name, email, shipping address, order contents and payment status). Payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe receives payment details; we do not store card numbers. Via the contact form you send us your name, email, subject and message; we forward them by email to info@kalo-game.ch (reply-to your address). We store orders to fulfil them and track stock (max. 500 sets), and we send an order notification to info@kalo-game.ch. Legal bases: performance of the contract and legitimate interests in running the shop. Retention: as long as needed for fulfilment, accounting and legal duties. You may request access, correction or deletion where the law allows: info@kalo-game.ch. Supervisory authority: Swiss FDPIC (EDÖB).
